This page contains general syllabus and final exam information for UAB's pre-calculus classes.

The pre-calculus final exams have two parts.  Part I consists of 20 multiple choice questions on basic elementary topics in the course. Part II is composed of 6 to 10 free answer word problems selected by the instructor.

Note:  You can expect to see similar syllabi and exams in the future, though they may change with time. Check with your instructor.

All the Part I and Part II description sheets and previous Part II tests are stored in PDF format. To view/print them you need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Click here for instructions.
