This page contains links to calculus tests offered at UAB
in the past, according to the syllabus adopted at that time.
Note: You should not expect to see similar tests in the future,
since the syllabus may (and does) change in time. Check with your
instructor.
Most tests are given without answers. The department does not keep answers to the test problems. You may ask your instructor to check your answers if you use the test problems for practice.
Recent tests adopt the following format: Part I is designed to test basic skills; it gives a list of routine exercises to which the students give answers only, no work need be shown.
Part II tests problem-solving skills; it generally offers multi-step problems
including word-problems and real-life problems, and the students need
to show their work on this portion of the exam.
All the tests are stored in PDF format. To view/print them you need Adobe Acrobat Reader.
